Follow these simple, step by step recipe for perfectly baked, tasty salmon quiche in the Philips Airfryer XXL

Preparation time: 12 minutes
Cooking time: 40 minutes - Serves: 6
Ingredients:
10 1/2 oz raw salmon
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper
2 1/2 cups flour
2 egg yolks
4 tbsp cold water
2 eggs
4 tbsp cream
1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
Salt
Pepper
1 scallion chopped
Steps:
Place deboned chunks of salmon into a bowl
Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper
For the crust:
Place 2 1/2 cups flour, 2 egg yolks, and 4 tbsp cold water into a bowl
Combine ingredients by hand until a ball can be formed
Roll out into a disc and press into pie pan
For the filling:
Wisk 2 eggs, 4 tbsp cream, 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper
Add egg mixture to pie pan
Add salmon to pie pan
Top with scallion
Bake in Philips Airfryer XXL at 350°F for 40 minutes and enjoy!
